1. Returns & Exchanges

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking bottles, broken seals) or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right!

3. Cancellations

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility.
